<u><em><strong>Vacancy:</strong></em></u><em><strong> Financial Analyst ( Real Estate )<br><br></strong></em><u><em><strong>Location: </strong></em></u><em><strong>Dubai , UAE<br><br></strong></em><u><em><strong>Experience :</strong></em></u><em><strong> 1+ years </strong></em>in real estate financial analysis<br><br><u><em><strong>Language </strong></em></u>: <strong>Arabic &amp; English language skills required<br><br></strong><u><em><strong>Qualifications</strong></em></u>: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, accounting, economics, or related field.<br><br><strong><u>Key Responsibilities<br><br></u></strong>Conduct financial analysis and modeling for new projects, including cash flow<br><br>projections, risk analysis, and return on investment calculations.<br><br>Prepare economic and financial feasibility studies for the current investment and<br><br>future opportunities.<br><br>Prepare detailed financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary, to<br><br>support business decisions.<br><br>Maintain and monitor financial models and databases, ensuring accuracy and<br><br>consistency of data.<br><br>Create and update a tracker to monitor the payments received and the dues from<br><br>investors.<br><br>Prepare the financial statements, annual budgets and forecasting reports.
