<br>We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead. The Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible for planning and executing all digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to help achieve our key business goals.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br><br>β€’ Develop and implement the digital marketing strategy in line with the company’s overall marketing objectives. Stay up-to-date with latest trends and optimization best practices.<br><br>β€’ Oversee social media marketing across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Create and curate engaging content, build brand awareness, and increase social media traffic. <br><br>β€’ Manage SEO/content strategy to increase organic search traffic. Lead technical SEO audits and keyword research. Optimize content for search. <br><br>β€’ Conduct paid search campaigns and paid social media advertising on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Manage campaign budgets, optimize bids, and analyze results.<br><br>β€’ Oversee email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers. Work with sales team to develop lead scoring and lead nurturing streams.<br><br>β€’ Analyze key metrics and evaluate campaign results to gain insights and make data-driven optimization decisions. Measure KPIs like traffic, impressions, engagements, conversions, and ROI.<br><br>β€’ Stay up-to-date with latest digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices. Learn new skills and obtain relevant certifications.<br><br>β€’ Recruit, mentor, and manage a team digital marketing associates and specialists. Oversee training and help team members develop their digital marketing skills. <br><br>Requirements: <br><br>β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field. 5+ years of proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Lead or Manager.<br><br>β€’ Strong knowledge of SEO, paid search, social media, and email marketing best practices. Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Mailchimp. <br><br>β€’ Creativity and an analytical mindset. Data-driven thought process to analyze key metrics and optimize digital marketing campaigns. <br><br>β€’ Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.<br><br>β€’ A passion for staying on the cutting edge of digital marketing. Keen on continuing education and obtaining the latest certifications. <br><br>
