The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing social media channels, creating engaging content, and generating brand awareness.</p><p><br></p><p>This position requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about digital marketing, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p>If you are passionate about digital marketing and creating engaging content, and have a desire to work in a dynamic startup environment, we encourage you to apply.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.</li><li>Identify target audiences, creating customer personas, and creating campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and leads.</li><li>Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns.</li><li>Advertise and market the Pleny mobile applications to the market.</li><li>Create, manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.</li><li>Develop effective ad strategies to drive conversions, user engagement and brand awareness.</li><li>Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve desired KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS.</li><li>Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-quality ad creatives that is optimized for Facebook and Instagram ad formats.</li><li>Manage social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok.</li><li>Monitoring and responding to social media comments and messages.</li><li>Increase the visibility of our social content on different platforms.</li><li>Write engaging social media posts and share stories for social media on different social media platforms.</li><li>Write and publish high-quality content for blog posts, social media, videos, infographics, and other forms of digital media.</li><li>Conduct keyword research, optimize content for SEO, and create ad campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads.</li><li>Analyze data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.</li><li>Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Moz to monitor and optimize campaigns.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, best practices, and new technologies.</li><li>Attend industry events, read industry publications, and participate in online communities to stay informed and engaged.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>2+ years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of high-quality deliverables <span>in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management</span></li><li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.</li><li>Fluency in both Arabic and English languages, and ability to write and develop content in both.</li><li>A portfolio of applicable outputs, campaign results, and content.</li><li>Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design software is a plus.</li><li>Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.</li><li>Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing.</li><li>Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads Manager, and other ad platforms and tools.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Experience in SEO, social media, email, development of blogs and forums.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, <span>SMS, WhatsApp,</span> and other digital marketing channels.</li></ul>
