<p><strong>SENIOR WEB DESIGNER &amp; DEVELOPER</strong></p><p>(Casablanca)</p><p><br></p><p>Rodschinson is a global company specialized in Investment &amp; Real Estate. Contributing to our 2022 marketing roadmap we are setting up a global panorama of our business segments and related services.</p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a Senior Web &amp; Graphic designer to be responsible for the coding, design and layout of websites according to the company’s specifications.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Tasks</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices</li><li>Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices</li><li>Integrate data from various back-end services and databases</li><li>Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs</li><li>Create and maintain software documentation</li><li>Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site</li><li>Be responsible for the GDPR compliances</li><li>Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities</li><li>Drawing up detailed website specifications</li><li>Designing sample page layouts including text size and colors</li><li>Designing graphics, animations and manipulating digital photographs</li><li>Registering web domain names and organizing the hosting of the website</li><li>Presenting initial design ideas </li><li>Coding using a variety of software</li><li>Working with different content management systems</li><li>Meeting relevant legal requirements such as accessibility standards, freedom of information and privacy</li><li>Designing the website’s visual imagery and ensuring it’s in line with company branding policy or the requirements of the client</li><li>Proofreading content and making changes where necessary</li><li>Editing content, debugging code and re-designing web pages</li><li>Testing the website to ensure it is working</li><li>Post-sales technical support</li><li>Researching current design trends</li><li>Continual professional development to keep up to date with new software developments.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Proven working experience in web programming and design</li><li>Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS</li><li>Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET, Javascript or Ruby on Rails</li><li>A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices</li><li>Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development</li><li>Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools</li><li>Outstanding knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process</li><li>Advanced Photoshop and Illustrator skills </li><li>Knowledge of WordPress standards and functionality </li><li>Professional portfolio with at least 5 designs for internal review </li><li>Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills </li><li>Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen </li><li>Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques. </li><li>BS in computer science or a related field</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Our offer</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Based on your track record and targeted experience in the above mentioned, we may offer you a collaboration on a regular or punctual assignment, for short or long-term basis, for a limited or permanent external advisor position.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Interested?</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Kindly send your application via the following form:</p><p>https://odoo.rodschinson.com/jobs/apply/senior-web-designer-developer-369</p>
