<strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong> 1. Responsible for recruitment and training of platform anchors, design activities and promotion strategies based on each anchor’s characteristics<br>2. Responsible for the increase of popularity, number of fans, and income of anchors through proper strategies<br>3. Responsible for tracking and analysis of the operating data of the anchors, and improve the quality of the anchors’ content based on the results <br>4. Responsible for communication with anchors, and increase anchors’ broadcasting rate and retention in TikTok live platform <br><br><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong> 1. Fluent in English, experience in user operation or live streaming industry is preferred<br>2. Patient, have good communication skills and be able to communicate with anchors on daily basis <br>3. Strong sense of responsibility, and coordination and learning abilities
