<p>Job Description:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Assisting and reporting to the general manager of the company</li><li>organizing meetings, taking minutes, and preparing a summary.</li><li>Handling, paperwork, and correspondence</li><li>Provide general administrative and clerical assistance to management, including mailing, scanning, and copying.</li><li>prepares reports when needed.</li><li>controlling the office boy (schedules, evaluations, and salary proposals).</li><li>Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.</li><li>Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office</li><li>Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls</li><li>Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)</li><li>Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.</li><li>Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.</li><li>Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk .</li><li>Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.</li><li>Update calendars and schedule meetings.</li><li>Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.</li><li>Perform other clerical receptionist duties.</li><li>Use ERP system for exporting reports and prepare presentations.</li><li>System data entry when needed.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Job Requirements : : </p><p><br></p><ul><li>Proven work experience as a Admin Assitant, Front Office Representative or similar role (Min 1 year)</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Professional attitude and appearance</li><li>Solid written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Very good at English language verbal and written.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise</li><li>Excellent organizational skills</li><li>Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.</li><li>Customer service attitude</li><li>Bachelor’s degree: additional certification in Office Management is a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>-Benefits :</p><ul><li>Medical &amp; Social insurance </li></ul><p><br></p><p>-Working Hours : 9 am – 5 pm ..Friday &amp; Saturday Off</p><p><br></p><p>Salary : 4500 EGP Net</p>
