Job Description
<p><strong>Objective: </strong> </p><ul><li>As a part of the dispatch team, you will play an important role in our solar and wind parks’ operations. By 24/7 monitoring and analyzing each park’s data you make sure the performance and output are maintained to our high standards. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Description: </strong></p><ul><li>Monitor plants’ performances of wind and solar plants via SCADA software </li><li>Daily analysis of incoming data </li><li>Compare data to setpoint values </li><li>Detect causes of disturbances and discrepancies </li><li>Communicate and journal compromising occurrences to head of technical O&M, general manager and other instances based on given protocol </li><li>Help find solutions </li><li>Familiarization with the employer’s software takes place on site during the induction period. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Desired skills: </strong></p><ul><li>Successfully completed electrical, mechanical and/or technical education / training </li><li>Structured working style </li><li>Strong communication skills </li><li>Basic knowledge Microsoft Office </li><li>Fluency in English, additional language skills are welcome </li><li>Be familiar with data transmission systems (e.g. modems, VPN) </li><li>Big plus if familiar with SCADA software (e.g. Meteocontrol) </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Salary: </strong></p><ul><li>4.000 AED daytime </li><li>Night shift premium</li><li>Employees benefit from a commission for realized self-suggested projects</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Reporting Line: </strong></p><ul><li>The dispatcher will report to the head of technical O&M </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Work remotely: </strong></p><ul><li>No </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Workflow: </strong></p><ul><li>Shift system </li><li>06:00 am – 02:00 pm </li><li>02:00 pm – 10:00 pm </li><li>10:00 pm – 06:00 am </li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Location:</strong></p><ul><li>Dubai, “Barsha Heights” </li></ul>
