<strong>Overview</strong><p><br></p>We are looking for a talented Branch Manager to assign and direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of operation. You will manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operations. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets to be achieved.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Oversees the day-to-day operations of the branch and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner, including the following functions, but not limited to, accounting, sales, operations, installation and service.</li><li>Provides customer support for all wrappers and scales, and other lines of products. </li><li>Manages and confirms scales, wrappers and other product lines meet customer expectations before shipping out to the customers.</li><li>Works with the install team to coordinate installations with customers.</li><li>Conduct, schedule and schedule field service jobs. </li><li>Manage the employees’ vacation/personal days and weekend service coverage.</li><li>Oversees the scheduling and training of all DNE personnel. </li><li>Ensure all customer issues are satisfactorily resolved utilizing engineering, manufacturing, and other teams as needed.</li><li>Authorize orders for equipment, parts and supplies for branch inventory.</li><li>Maintain branch inventory (Equipment, Parts, Supplies) at less than .5% variance.</li><li>Coordinate the local exhibitions in the area.</li><li>Manage sales team in the New England area to beat company targets.</li></ul>
