<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Dawarha</strong> is hiring a<strong> Product Manager </strong>to collaborate with tech teams to build new and innovative product experiences for our users and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>As a <strong>Product Manager</strong>, you will serve as part of a product team supporting an established project. The ideal candidate is an experienced team player who is passionate about technology and committed to self-development, possessing the ability to apply their technical knowledge, skills, and experience to solve complex/ real-world problems.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Define and build the next-generation tech product.</li><li>Understand the market and users of the product.</li><li>Own the infrastructure, processes, guidelines, and tools that empower developers, engineers, planners, and managers to rapidly make informed decisions.</li><li>Establish the products’ vision and strategy.</li><li>Build a business strategy for the product and UED</li><li>Drive and sustain product growth</li><li>Challenge the status quo and inspire people to think outside the box.</li><li>Lead large, cross-functional groups of engineers to deliver on your team’s mission.</li><li>Balance strategic and tactical elements.</li><li>Take a data and colleague-centric approach to design easy-to-use and intuitive products for stakeholders.</li><li>Take part in developing the value proposition for the product</li><li>Define goals and success with clearly measurable outcomes</li><li>Identify new opportunities, size them up, make tough choices, drive the roadmap and scale.</li><li>Manage end-to-end delivery of key projects right from involvement in requirement consolidation, conceptualization, planning, execution, and delivery.</li><li>Effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align deliveries with Client expectations.</li><li>Ensure project plan creation, management, and implementation within the timelines and budget.</li><li>Ensure creation, management, and completion of all documentation</li><li>Manage compliance requirements during delivery</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Technical skills</strong></p><ul><li>Have a focus on data and drive impact through experimentation</li><li>Broad experience in product management methodologies, design thinking approaches, and co-creation workshops and methodologies</li><li>Knowledge of JIRA and Clickup</li><li>Ability to engage with senior leaders on technology decision discussions related to business value and the end-to-end Software lifecycle.</li><li>Experienced in programming skills: Python &amp; SQL</li><li>Previous experience/understanding of data models and visualization.</li><li>Knowledge of SCRUM and DevOps methodologies</li><li>Experience in agile methodologies and</li><li>Experience with product launching and product go-to-market strategy.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>BSc. degree in a related field such as Engineering, Information Technology, and Computer Science field</li><li>A Master’s degree is a plus</li><li>Fluent in English</li><li>3+ years’ experience in the role of Product Manager</li><li>Outstanding communication and presentation skills</li><li>Good team player and multi-functional leader</li><li>Exhibits a passion for IT, technology, and innovation and continually takes initiative to update and improve one’s own skill sets to stay relevant as IT evolves.</li><li>Great at analytical and strategic thinking, a high level of self-motivation, and a goal-oriented approach to work</li></ul><p></p>
