<p>Our growing team is looking for an Off-Plan Real Estate Consultants to assist clients with the buying and selling of off-plan properties. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, driven, and experienced individual who possesses excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. As a <strong>Real Estate Consultant</strong>, you will be responsible for managing daily leads and generate sales for the company while maintaining good customer relationships and high-class service.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Our Requirements</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li> 2+ year Real Estate experience and knowledge of the Real Estate Market in Dubai is a must.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills and ability to network.</li><li> UAE driving license is a plus.</li><li> Fluency in English/ Arabic/French/Russian/Chinese//Farsi </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What we Provide</strong></p><ul><li>Daily qualified leads</li><li>Continued daily support and mentorship from Sales Director, full marketing & administrative support.</li><li>Fair and uncapped commission structure up to 70%. </li><li> UAE Residence visa and RERA (Real Estate License).</li><li>Private medical insurance.</li><li>Comfortable office in Media City & Corporate sim-card. </li></ul>
