<strong>Job Description</strong><p><br></p><u><strong>Position Summary</strong></u><p><br></p>This position will be responsible to:<p><br></p>Responsible for MTO Preparation on site as &amp; when needed, Review of Engineering Documents and drawings, Material Procurement for site material in case needed, coordination with engineering team, Weeklydaily meeting attending, Engineering support and overall supervision for all Mechanical activities .<p><br></p><u><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></u><p><br></p> Monitors and assists in field construction co-ordination efforts, co-ordination with contractors, client<p><br></p>representative and other internal stake holders as needed, documents and reports field construction<p><br></p>activities etc.<p><br></p> Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Procurement and Project groups to review the scope of work in terms of deliverables to be submitted to the client, to finalize schedules to be met, and utilize resources<p><br></p>required as per contract<p><br></p> Preparing the WBS for all Mechanical activities and identifying the quantity of work required on micro level.<p><br></p> Familiar with interface project work sequence, activities and deliverables during project phase with<p><br></p>knowledge and understanding of a contract<p><br></p> Reviewing the design drawings and checking the feasibility onsite and then red lining the same with coordination and approval from Engineering team in form of Site TQ’s.<p><br></p> Tracking the work progressinstallation onsite with the help of trackers and updating the same on daily<p><br></p>basis with respect to site DPRs.<p><br></p> Spot routine checks to ensure accurate IFC drawings are being followed by the Site construction contractor.<p><br></p> Undertake team briefingsmeetings to ensure all aspects of work are understood by all concerned parties.<p><br></p> Inspect the Work as completed to confirm that it was constructed in accordance with the Specifications<p><br></p>and performed to the required standard of care<p><br></p> Familiar with applicable &amp; relevant International codes &amp; standards.<p><br></p> Review of Test Packages prior to hydro test activity.<p><br></p> Fully familiarized with applicable design codes and regulations in oil and gas ,water transmission industries like ASME, API, etc.<p><br></p> Monitoring all the activity related to iso clearance,loop clearance,recording progress of Mechanical<p><br></p>clearance<p><br></p> Sound Knowledge of replacement of pipeline, cold cutting and spillage prevention, Tank welding,<p><br></p>Equipment erection.<p><br></p> Sound knowledge of grit and sand blasting, Primer, final painting<p><br></p> Monitoring process of Excavation, sand fill, Back-fill Coating grit and sand blasting, Primer, final painting,<p><br></p>HSS etc.<p><br></p> Wellhead ties in-to X-mass tree and oil gathering manifold,Monitoring erection process of above ground<p><br></p>pipe and final hook up to wellhead<p><br></p> Fabrication of pipe and structures, Heat tracing and insulation, hydrotest activity, box up and<p><br></p>Reinstatement activity and pigging job<p><br></p> Flow line welding, fabrication for well heeds, Oil gathering Manifold,Above ground spools for oil wells,<p><br></p>replacement of pipeline<p><br></p> Monitors the construction contractors production of red lined records and communicates the same with<p><br></p>engineering team<p><br></p> Identifying the Engineered material storage and raising the top up orders from site.<p><br></p> Walk down with QAQC Engineer for Material inspection once received in warehouse by material Team.<p><br></p> Cold loop check folder monitoring and co-ordinating the same with contractor<p><br></p> Upon completion of sub systems systems construction participates in punch list process to ensure the<p><br></p>installation is in line with the issued IFC drawings and documents.<p><br></p> Schedules and facilitates meetings with construction contractor to resolve punch list issues. Coordinates<p><br></p>solutions to disputed punch list items.<p><br></p> Skids, equipment, vendor packages assembly guidance and supervision.<p><br></p>Internal Cross Working Relations (Departmental)<p><br></p> Internal Disciplinary checking of various documents with Electrical, Instrumentation ,Civil Structural, Rotary and static Departments.<p><br></p>External Working Relations (External to Exterran)<p><br></p> Communication with Exterran Engineering for site Technical queries &amp; resolution.<p><br></p> Communication with Client representative on site for their Technical Queries, if any &amp; resolution.<p><br></p> Communication with SC team for material and equipments delivery on time to be the schedule<p><br></p><u><strong>Job Requirements</strong></u><p><br></p><strong>Preferred Education And Relevant ExperienceTraining</strong><p><br></p> Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.<p><br></p> A minimum of 5 to 8 years experience in Oil &amp; Gas industry<p><br></p><u><strong>Technical Knowledge and Skills</strong></u><p><br></p> Review of 3D Modeling works for equipments work.<p><br></p> Review of vendor package and any miss out by engineering identifying<p><br></p><u><strong>Working Conditions and Physical Strain</strong></u><p><br></p> Able to handle multi-national work force in multiple projects in multi countries<p><br></p> Able to work long hour as per demands of project<p><br></p>This job description is not an employment agreement or contract.
