<p><strong>Job Title: </strong>Network Engineer&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Reports to: </strong>TES Site Manager in Al Hamra, Western Region</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Description</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The Network Engineer is a technology professional who has the necessary skills to plan, implement and maintain computer networks supporting in-house applications for both, data and video transfer via fixed and wireless networks used in the Tactical Engagement Simulation System (TES).</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>He works in a multinational team located in Al Hamra, Western Region, UAE, outdoors at times in remote areas at flexible working hours (酶 48 hrs/week). Split shift operations also on weekends are required at times. Temporary deployments to other sites inside UAE may be necessary occasionally.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Tasks</strong></p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manages and maintains all network related TES components</p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manages and maintains TES Databases</p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Cooperates with System Engineers to guarantee best services during exercises</p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Configures and operates routers and switches</p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monitors network performance</p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assists issue and receipt process of TES Equipment</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualification</strong></p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field</p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Certified Linux Administrator (LPIC-1)</p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;SQL Database Administrator</p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;VMWare</p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge of Brocade / CISCO network switches</p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge of Axis CCTV cameras</p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Good command of English Language</p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor preferred</p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;UAE Driving License preferred&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong></p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Salary to be discussed </p><p><span>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Accommodation provided for bachelors</span></p><p><span>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Transportation provided </span></p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Weekends off</p><p><span>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Friendly and healthy working environment</span></p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;All other benefits as per Labour law</p>
