<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced <strong>Talent Acquisition Manager</strong> to join our dynamic organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that will enable the company to attract, hire, and retain top-notch talent.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Conducting analysis and forecasting hiring needs for various departments within the organization</li><li>Developing and implementing sustainable talent acquisition strategies and techniques</li><li>Managing and overseeing employer branding activities to enhance our employment brand and promote positive relationships within the workplace</li><li>Sourcing and identifying top talent for open positions using a variety of recruitment channels and tools</li><li>Leading and supervising members of the recruitment team in evaluating recruitment efforts and creating KPI reports</li><li>Designing, planning, and executing recruitment and selection processes, including conducting interviews, administering psychological tests, and reviewing employment applications</li><li>Assessing employee satisfaction and recommending measures to improve employee retention</li><li>Enhancing the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>The ideal candidate will have:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>A MA/MS degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>3+ years of experience working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Hiring Manager, Recruitment Manager, or a similar role in Real Estate</li><li>Strong working knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and employer branding techniques</li><li>Experience with sourcing and recruitment marketing tools and the ability to utilize them effectively</li><li>Excellent time-management skills and a strong work ethic</li><li>The ability to identify and address bottlenecks in the recruiting process</li><li>Strong decision-making skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team</li><li>Exceptional negotiation skills</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills and keen attention to detail</li><li>The ability to work independently or as part of a team as needed</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you are ready to take on the challenging and rewarding responsibilities of Talent Acquisition Manager, we would love to hear from you.
