Confidence, adaptability, and the assurance of a quality experience make a successful candidate for this role.<br><br><strong><u>Essential Functions<br><br></u></strong>The Stewarding Supervisor oversees and participates in the cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation of china, glass, silver, kitchen equipment and kitchen production areas in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment.<br><ul><li>Assist in training the new hires, scheduling the roster and assigning each team in a specific kitchen area. </li><li>Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using the dishwashing machine; load and unload dishware and flatware from dishwashing machine and store properly.</li><li>Clean and sanitize all ovens, steam kettles, mixers and other kitchen equipment as well as all kitchen drains, sinks, floors, and walls; clean, dust, seep, mop, polish, scrub, wash, strip, and buff kitchen and pastry shop production areas and hallways.</li><li>Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using the correct cleaning and rinsing solutions.</li><li>Safely set-up, clean, and utilize the silver burnishing machine to clean, polish, sort, and transport silver following a daily or weekly schedule; place damaged or excessively worn pieces in a designated area for repair.</li><li>Safely utilize and store all cleaning compounds, chemicals, and materials including soaking solution utilizing the correct protective clothing.</li><li>Organize work assignments, make recommendations in regards to training, performance evaluations, and discipline for stewards.</li><li>Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers. <br></li></ul><strong><u>Preferred Qualifications And Skills<br></u></strong><ul><li>2-4 years of experience in related field</li><li>Excellent command in English, Arabic is an advantage </li><li>Service Passion for Luxury Hospitality and have an eye to details. <br></li></ul><strong><u>Our Offering:-<br><br></u></strong>Opportunities to build a successful career with global potential<br><br>Unique strong culture – diversity of 50 different nationalities<br><br>Living accommodation in a high quality, well-resourced apartment<br><br>Excellent Training and Development opportunities<br><br>Employee Recognition Programs<br><br>Complimentary nights at FS Hotels Worldwide<br><br>Paid annual home leave tickets<br><br>Complimentary meals in employee restaurants<br><br>Free transportation to work<br><br>Medical coverage
