<strong>The opportunity</strong><p><br></p><strong>Project: </strong>Mace is currently bidding for this programme which will require high-caliber and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.<p><br></p><strong><u>Your Responsibilities Will Include</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Setting strategic long and short-term departmental goals and evaluating outcomes. </li><li>Motivating and inspiring staff while facilitating personal growth. </li><li>Ensuring high levels of productivity are maintained. </li><li>Communicating job expectations to staff. </li><li>Conducting training and seminars for continued skills improvement. </li><li>Fostering a productive working environment. </li><li>Establishing adherence to company and industry regulations. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>About You</u></strong><p><br></p>You have BSc/BA in business administration, Quantity Surveying, Law, Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent degree from an accredited university, you have knowledge of project process improvement, change management, leadership initiatives, and managing change in the infrastructure industry environment with major government and/or semi-government projects (preference for the Middle East and in KSA experience), you have excellent verbal and written communication skills, you have knowledge of Six Sigma practices, Six Sigma certified preferred, and having international experience: experience of working internationally (preference KSA experience).<p><br></p>You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships, and lead strong, motivated teams.
