QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:<br>- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field<br>- At least two years of experience in finance<br> -Advanced MS Excel skills.<br>-Experiences in stakeholder management; ability to interface effectively and collaborate with internal clients, management, and contractors.<br> -Capacity to take the initiative to identify improvements in processes and assist management in implementation.<br>-Ability to work with limited information and under limited supervision and guidance.<br>- Analytical thinking <br>- Effective Communication <br>- Focus on quality of service<br>-Time management and ability to work under pressure<br><br>Main responsibilities :<br>-Manages financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.<br>-Creates variance analysis reports and financial models.<br>-Leads real-time financial performance monitoring.<br>-Escalates any financial issues to management.<br>-Sets and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.<br>-Completes market research and comparable company analysis.<br>-Recommends strategies for increasing financial performance.<br>-Presents detailed monthly financial reports to managers.<br>-Uses popular financial planning and analysis software.<br>-Collaborates with senior members of the accounting and finance teams.
