<p>The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>· Conduct market research to identify new leads.</p><p>· Ability to evaluate customer needs.</p><p>· Daily calls and visit’s log updated in the sales dashboard.</p><p>· Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media</p><p>· Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their requirements.</p><p>· Follow up/ Recap after meeting each client.</p><p>· Negotiate deals and handle complaints or objections.</p><p>· Support customer service to create SOP when needed.</p><p>· Remain in frequent contact with the existing clients and prioritize retention as a major focus</p><p>· Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives</p><p>· Strong written, verbal and presentation skills including proficiency with keynote</p><p>· Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth</p><p>· Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.</p><p>· Reporting through a clear pipeline always updated.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Information Technology or a related field</p><p>· Fluent in English and Arabic Language</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements and skills:</strong></p><p>· High aptitude for B2B sales</p><p>· Strong networking and connections in Saudi Arabia</p><p>· Excellent communication and negotiation skills and customer service oriented</p><p>· Skilled at building rapport, opening doors, understanding business requirements of senior decisions makers</p><p>· Knowledge of CRM software and MS office</p><p>· Understanding of sales performance metrics</p><p>· Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude</p><p>· Proven experience as a sales representative in an IT company, not less than 3 years</p>
