<p><strong>JOB PURPOSE</strong></p><p>To provide business support to project managers and project teams to ensure that projects are completed within scope, timeline, and budget.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Provide administrative support to project managers and project teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports and presentations, and maintaining project documentation.</li><li>Assist in project planning, monitoring, and reporting on project progress and budgets.</li><li>Coordinate project activities, including project schedules, resource allocation, and task assignments.</li><li>Communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors, as necessary.</li><li>Prepare project-related documents, including contracts, change orders, and purchase orders.</li><li>Assist in managing project financials, including tracking invoices, expenses, and payments.</li><li>Maintain project databases and files, ensuring that they are up-to-date and accurate.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.</li><li>2-4 years of experience in project administration or related field.</li><li>Fluency in English.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>
