<br><p>We are seeking a fluent English speaker to join our expanding company as a Solar Campaign Consultant. This remote position offers a competitive salary, opportunities for growth within the company, and a fixed overnight shift.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>- Conduct outbound calls to consult with potential customers on installing solar panels</p><p>- Provide excellent customer service to potential and existing customers</p><p>- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads</p><p>- Adhere to our consultative methodology and best practices</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><p><br></p><p>- Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills</p><p>- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively</p><p>- Reliable high-speed internet connection, functioning PC, and headset</p><p>- Minimum internet requirements of 10MB/s download, 2MB/s upload</p><p>- Availability to work overnight from 8PM till 5AM (9 working hours including 1 hour break)</p><p>- Availability to work from Monday to Friday</p><p><br></p><p>Benefits:</p><p><br></p><p>- Salary of 6k net + 2k KPIs upon meeting targets</p><p>- Fully paid 2-day training</p><p>- Weekly and monthly bonuses and recognition based on performance</p><p>- Social and medical insurance after the probation period</p><p>- Internal promotions as we continue to expand</p><p><br></p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, gap year students, and dropouts to work remotely and build a career in solar sales with a consultative approach.
