<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;-&nbsp;<u>Roles &amp;&nbsp;Responsibilities:&nbsp;</u></p><p>● Reach out to potential customers to present our product and service offering through Calls, Emails, Social Media &amp; other tools.</p><p>&nbsp;● Tele-Calling &amp; E-Meeting potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.</p><p>&nbsp;● Generating promising leads to pursue.</p><p>.● Address any questions or issues customers may have.</p><p>&nbsp;● Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need.</p><p>&nbsp;● Offer solutions based on the clients’ needs and capabilities.</p><p>&nbsp;● Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.</p><p>&nbsp;● Using sales scripts to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.</p><p>&nbsp;● Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers’ needs and preferences.</p><p>&nbsp;● Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>&nbsp;Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;-<u>Qualifications</u>.</p><p><br></p><p>● Immediate joiners.</p><p>● Minimum 5 years of sales experience.</p><p>● Good negotiation skills.</p><p>● Have the skills to work remotely and generate business online.</p><p>● Good in English and Arabic with excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills.</p><p>● Hands-on experience with sales tools such as CRM software.</p><p>● Industry experience of 2+ years in a Business-to-Business or Information Technology or Telecom Industry.</p><p>● Comfortable speaking with high-level decision-makers.</p><p>● Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills.</p><p>● BSc/BA is a plus *Please apply if you meet the above Essential Requirements.</p><p>● Must have achieved the sales target in the previous job.</p><p><span>●</span> Work Under Pressure.&nbsp;</p><p><span>● </span>Self-driving and learning personality.&nbsp;</p><p>● Good internet connection and a laptop or PC are mandatory.</p><p><span>● </span>Good call center Headphones (preferred USB).</p><p><span>● </span>The ability to work for continuous hours of not less than 8 hours With a computer.</p><p><span>● </span>Familiar to work through performance monitoring programs (Time Doctor).</p>
