<p>To provide excellent customer service to our clients by answering inbound calls, providing accurate and timely information, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting our products and services.</p><p>Looking for SPANISH, MANDARIN & ENGLISH speakers.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.</li><li>Provide accurate and complete information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions.</li><li>Listen actively and empathetically to customers to understand their needs and concerns.</li><li>Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.</li><li>Use appropriate customer service techniques to ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>Document customer interactions and transactions accurately and completely.</li><li>Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.</li><li>Promote products and services to customers when appropriate.</li><li>Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.</li><li>Adhere to company policies and procedures.</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Previous customer service experience preferred.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.</li><li>Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate multiple applications.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.</li><li>Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers and team members.</li></ul>
