Someone who is a great listener and a confidante and creates great memories and stories for people to take back with them. Someone who relishes in creating innovative new drinks and presentations using fine, local ingredients and personal style and flair to start good times.<p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p>Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
