This individual will work closely with prospects &amp; clients to understand their needs, and will be the main point of contact for all client inquiries, concerns, and projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales and customer service, and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Business Development (80%)</strong></li><li>Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them to drive sales growth</li><li>Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, and ensure that all client needs are met</li><li>Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, and negotiate contracts and agreements</li><li>Execute outreach campaigns to generate leads and business opportunities</li><li>Explore partnership opportunities with other agencies across the world to generate more business</li><li><strong>Client Servicing (20%)</strong></li><li>Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of projects, and provide regular updates to clients on project progress</li><li>Manage client accounts and ensure that all client information is accurate and up-to-date</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience within an agency setup is a must</li><li>3 years of experience in sales and customer service, with a proven track record of success</li><li>Arabic language skills are a big plus</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and outside the box</li><li>Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment</li></ul>
