<p>The ideal candidate will be responsible for estimating the cost and availability of spare parts for various types of automobiles. </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Analyzing technical specifications and identifying required parts for different types of vehicles.</li><li>Identifying suitable suppliers or manufacturers of spare parts and negotiating prices.</li><li>Maintaining accurate inventory records of spare parts and updating stock levels as necessary.</li><li>Coordinating with technicians and mechanics to ensure that the right parts are being procured.</li><li>Preparing cost estimates and quotations for customers and ensuring that prices are competitive.</li><li>Managing supplier relationships and ensuring timely delivery of spare parts.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards in the procurement and use of spare parts.</li><li>Maintaining records of parts usage and expenditures.</li><li>Providing technical support to customers and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborating with other departments such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure that spare parts inventory levels are optimized.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>A degree or diploma in mechanical engineering, supply chain management, or a related field is required.</li><li>Prior experience in spare parts estimation, procurement, or inventory management is highly desirable</li><li>Proficiency in using computer software and tools for inventory management, cost estimation, and communication is necessary.</li><li>Strong understanding of electronic catalogue</li></ul>
