<p>The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, and decision-maker, and providing regular financial reporting.&nbsp;A reliable financial manager that will analyze everyday financial activities &amp; subsequently provide advice &amp; guidance to upper management on future financial plans. This role is primarily to generate analytical findings &amp; provide recommendations across the scope of objectives &amp; deliverables of the organization, either independently or in collaboration with others, as well as coordinate planning activities, perform variance analysis &amp; be able to proactively identify &amp; provide solutions for problems &amp; issues that arise in the assigned areas. This role is also for coordinating, preparing &amp; consolidating performance analysis &amp; reporting to management, including preparing business plans. Mid-year &amp; year-end accountability reports.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Plan, execute &amp; lead finance &amp; performance management analytical activities under the broad guidance of the company’s president &amp; CEO, particularly in resolving complex, cross-functional, non-routine, and/or design issues. </li><li>Generate analytical findings &amp; recommendations across the scope of objectives &amp; deliverables of the organization, either independently or in collaboration with others.</li><li>Create &amp; maintain a financial model for reporting actual results in combination with the short to midterm planning processes</li><li>Prepare reporting for management for commercial &amp; business management &amp; providing financial advice &amp; support to business projects.</li><li>Taking the lead in preparing budgets &amp; financial plans ensuring they reflect objectives outlined in the business plan.</li><li>&nbsp;Responsible for the financial planning, reporting &amp; accounting of the companies within the Oil &amp; Gas sector.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage the company’s financial forecasting, budget, cash control &amp; financial reporting.</li><li>Organize management efficiently with all financial systems &amp; processes in the company. </li><li>Advise &amp; support the management team on all financial systems &amp; processes in the company</li><li>Lead financial meetings</li><li>Complete financial accounting and forecasting</li><li>Deliver reports and metrics to leadership</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Must have relevant experience of 15 years of financial experience, at least 10 years in the Middle East within a Terminal, Oil &amp; Gas Industry &amp; at least 5 years in managing people.</li><li>Excellent communication, outgoing personality &amp; interpersonal skills with good global networking.</li><li>&nbsp;Good knowledge of Oil Products, Crude Oil, and petroleum products, shipping, terminal &amp; vessel operations.</li><li>Dynamic &amp; modern approach to managing finances &amp; working as a management team member.</li><li>&nbsp;Excellent analytical &amp; forward-thinking abilities, as well as detailed oriented with the ability to develop</li><li>&amp; Interpret sophisticated excel spreadsheets.</li><li>Impeccable organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure, while managing a large workload &amp; meet deadlines. &nbsp;</li><li>Highly analytical with outstanding attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent project management &amp; problem-solving skills</li></ul>
