Position – Investment Specialist<br><br>Location – Dubai<br><br>Contract – 1 year extendable<br><br>Language – Arabic &amp; English<br><br>Salary – Open to discuss<br><br><strong><u>Qualifications<br><br></u></strong>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field.<br><br>5-10 years of experience in real estate commercial investment.<br><br>Proven track record of successfully identifying and executing real estate investment<br><br>opportunities.<br><br>Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with<br><br>clients and industry professionals.<br><br>Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex financial models and data.<br><br>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively<br><br>communicate investment recommendations to clients.<br><br>Knowledge of real estate investment laws and regulations.<br><br>Ability to work independently and as part of a ream in a fast-paced environment.
