<strong>Organization- Grand Hyatt Kuwait City</strong><p><br></p><strong>Summary</strong><p><br></p>As a Hostess, you will be responsible is responsible to assist with receiving guests in the hotel’s restaurants, manage the inventory of the outlet, and assists the service staff whenever necessary.<p><br></p>A sociable and outgoing person with a pleasing personality who thrives in a dynamic and challenging environment. Someone who can create genuine, engaging and personalized relationships to create memorable restaurant arrival experiences for every guest. Someone who can maintain a calm disposition even when handling and balancing multiple tasks and guests requests and team members in an ever changing environment.<p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p>An ideal candiate will possess:<p><br></p><ul><li>A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.</li><li>Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.</li><li>Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.</li></ul>
