<p><strong>Main Responsibilities and tasks:</strong></p><p>- Execute the business strategy in accordance with the company’s growth and objectives.</p><p>- Increase awareness of medical devices and consumables among physicians and healthcare professionals in private and public hospitals.</p><p>- Communicate with healthcare professionals proactively to increase satisfaction and loyalty.</p><p>- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with medical personnel and support administrative staff.</p><p>- Create and implement clinical education programs for key accounts.</p><p>- Maintain current knowledge of the device’s latest clinical outcomes and interpret, present, and discuss this data with health professionals.</p><p>- Assist healthcare specialists in operating rooms, catheterization labs, and other locations.</p><p>- Provide technical support during the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases.</p><p>- Organize and deliver training sessions for medical professionals through workshops, forums, and seminars.</p><p>- Maintain a deep knowledge of market information.</p><p>- Stay updated on competitor activity and products.</p><p>- Map potential accounts and generate leads for the company.</p><p>- Plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables.</p><p>- Maintain detailed records of all contacts.</p><p>- Provide periodic updates to management detailing activities, results, follow-up actions, and comments.</p><p>- Execute other duties as assigned by the line manager.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Biomedical engineering, pharmacy, perfusionist, or registered nurse degrees.</li><li>A minimum of 3 years’ sales experience in the medical device industry (cardiac & peripheral lines).</li><li>English and French fluency.</li><li>Strong written and oral communication skills.</li><li>Moderate to high level of experience with MS Office.</li><li>Excellent presentation skills, familiar with PowerPoint, teams, Zoom, etc.</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge and ability to deliver fundamental training.</li><li>Strong commercial/financial acumen.</li><li>Travel flexibility.</li></ul><p> </p>
