Title: Embedded Systems Engineer Jov Vacancy<br><br>Description: <br><br>Silio, a company specializing in IT, computer science, and electronics, is currently seeking an Embedded Systems Engineer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse group of talented engineers and gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies in the field of embedded systems.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br><br>• Develop and maintain firmware for embedded systems using C and C++ programming languages.<br>• Work with hardware designers to develop and debug hardware and software interactions.<br>• Develop and integrate device drivers for various peripherals such as I2C, SPI, UART, and USB.<br>• Implement and optimize low-level software components for real-time operating systems (RTOS) such as FreeRTOS, Zephyr, VxWorks, and QNX.<br>• Build and customize Linux distributions using Yocto Project and create and modify Linux kernel drivers.<br>• Familiarity with NXP i.MX family, STM32, Raspberry pi, Arduino.<br>• Debug issues using tools such as JTAG, STLink, GDB.<br><br>Requirements:<br><br>• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.<br>• At least 2 years of experience in embedded systems development and software design.<br>• Strong knowledge of C and C++ programming languages for embedded systems.<br>• Experience with firmware development and debugging using JTAG and other tools.<br>• Knowledge of common communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, and USB.<br>• Experience with RTOS such as FreeRTOS, VxWorks, or QNX.<br>• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues.<br>• Familiarity with Yocto Project and Linux kernel driver development.<br>• Familiarity with NXP i.MX family, STM32, Raspberry pi, Arduino.<br>• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French.<br><br>How to apply:<br><br>If you are a highly motivated individual who is passionate about embedded systems development and is looking to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
