<br>We are looking for Media Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media profiles, online advertising campaigns, and marketing databases. You will work closely with designers, content creators, and marketing managers to distribute digital media and engage our target audiences.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br><br>• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and boost customer engagement. Manage profiles on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. <br><br>• Execute paid social media advertising campaigns including targeted ads, sponsored content, and influencer marketing. Continuously optimize based on key metrics. <br><br>• Assist with search engine optimization by optimizing content and keywords. Track rankings and traffic from search engines like Google. <br><br>• Build and manage marketing databases to segment customers and personalize communications. Ensure high data quality and accuracy.<br><br>• Stay up-to-date with new social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and best practices. Make recommendations to improve our techniques and results. <br><br>• Analyze campaign results and key metrics to produce reports on insights, trends, and optimization opportunities. <br><br>• Collaborate with designers and content creators to distribute engaging visual and written media on all digital channels. Provide creative feedback and input.<br><br>Requirements: <br><br>• +5 years of experience as a Media Specialist, Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role. <br><br>• Proficient in content management, social media management, marketing databases, and paid advertising platforms. Google Analytics experience is a plus. <br><br>• A creative mindset with a data-driven approach. You should be highly analytical as well as adept at generating new ideas.<br><br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to explain digital marketing concepts and reports to teams from various backgrounds. <br><br>• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field. Relevant certifications in digital marketing are a plus.<br><br>• Passion for staying up-to-date with social media, digital marketing innovations, and online tools. <br>
