Sales Business Development Manager
Job Description
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>· Indoor/outdoor sales experience with established relationships with architects, designers, engineers, consultants and other prospective clients is required;</p><p>· Researching and identifying new business opportunities, growth areas, trends, customers and products and services;</p><p>· Planning and implementing new target market initiatives;</p><p>· Developing growth plans and strategies focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction;</p><p>· Promoting the company’s products and services to address clients’ objectives</p><p>· Setting goals and making sales projections;</p><p>· Developing and nurturing relationships with clients;</p><p>· Establishing cooperative business alliances;</p><p>· Pursuing leads and walking through the sales cycle;</p><p>· Developing business proposals and quotes for potential clients;</p><p>· Preparing sales contracts with adherence to the company’s and law-established rules and guidelines;</p><p>· Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings;</p><p>· Preparing and producing sales reports for monthly, quarterly and annual meetings for management;</p><p>· Forecasting revenues;</p><p>· Driving the company’s internal business success;</p><p>· Establishing objectives for the business development team and creating plans to achieve those objectives; and</p><p>· Training business development successors</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>· Bachelor Degree in Business Management or relevant field</p><p>· A post-graduation or Master’s Degree in Management or Business is preferred</p><p>· Minimum 3 years of team leadership and managerial experience in interior fit-out/ interior design in UAE is required</p><p>· Valid UAE driving license is a must</p><p>· Must possess excellent negotiation, project management, analytical, problem-solving, leadership, business acumen, presentation and persuasion skills</p><p>· Strong communication skills IT fluency</p><p>· With proven experience and track record in business development in the field of interior fitting out</p><p><br></p><p><span>Starting salary is 5K, plus car and gas allowances and competitive commission packages;</span></p><p><span>Salary can be discussed after 3 months if sales track record has been proven.</span></p>
