<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a Sales and Business Development Executive, whose overall objective is to develop sales and business opportunities for our growing company – www.POA.ae. The person will focus on selling and developing business for following services: </p><ul><li>Power of Attorney drafting</li><li>Online (e-)notarization </li><li>Attestation/legalization services </li><li>Property conveyancing services</li><li>Investor visa/golden visa for property owners </li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you worked in Sales or Business Development positions in LEGAL or REAL ESTATE or CORPORATE SERVICES fields, this could be a perfect fit for you.</p><p><br></p><p>The responsibilities of the person include followings:</p><ul><li>Building business relationships with current and potential clients, referral partners and other stakeholders;</li><li>Understanding market opportunities and client needs and offering solutions;</li><li>Creating informative presentations; pitching services to potential clients, partners and other stakeholders;</li><li>Organizing meetings with&nbsp;potential&nbsp;clients, referral partners and other stakeholders to introduce the services and establishing a relationship;&nbsp;</li><li>Attending or participating in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences;</li><li>Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans;</li><li>Researching target clients and identifying potential new markets and opportunities;</li><li>Identifying service improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors;</li><li>Meeting sales quotas and revenue targets;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements and Personal Qualifications and Skills</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The successful candidate is likely to meet all the following criteria:</p><ul><li>University/College graduate in a relevant field;</li><li>2-3 years of experience in business development and/or sales in legal or real estate or corporate services industries;</li><li>Existing network of contacts preferred (in real estate sector, corporate services, free-zone authorities);</li><li>Detailed knowledge of sales and business development (strategic and tactical);</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills;</li><li>Fluent in English (both verbal and written); Russian adds a big plus, but not mandatory;</li><li>Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines;</li><li>Ability to seek and develop new relationships to achieve strategic business objectives</li><li>Ability to contribute to development of strategy and take responsibility for delivering strategic objectives;</li><li>Recognize changing market forces that may impact upon own or customers’ business and puts plans into action to make a positive contribution;</li><li>Ability to work effectively as a member of different teams, both internally and externally</li></ul>
