<p>We are seeking a talented and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai and drive the growth of our business in the Middle East. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting expansion of Studio3eight, and to help shape the future of our firm in this rapidly developing region.</p><p><br></p><p>As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for researching new business opportunities, preparing tender documents and proposals, and building relationships with potential clients and partners. You will work closely with the Dubai Director and the Business Development team in Vietnam to identify and pursue strategic opportunities that align with our vision and goals.</p><p><br></p><p>To be successful in this role, you must be an exceptional communicator and networker, with a deep understanding of the architecture and urban planning industries in the Middle East. You should be passionate about business development and have a proven track record of achieving success in this field.</p><p><br></p><p>Your main responsibilities will include:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with Studio3eight’s vision and goals.</li><li>Conducting research on the local market and identifying potential clients and partners.</li><li>Maintaining and updating our business development pipeline, and reporting progress to the Dubai Director and the Business Development team in Vietnam.</li><li>Leading the preparation of bids, proposals, and tender documents in response to RFPs and client requests.</li><li>Contributing to the development and maintenance of our CRM database.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate will have:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>A degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field.</li><li>A proven record in business development, or marketing in the architecture or urban planning industries.</li><li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.</li><li>Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and project management software.</li><li>A positive attitude, a willingness to learn and grow, and a passion for success.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team, and to play a key role in shaping the future of our firm in the Middle East.
