S/he provides technical assistance on windows and cloud-based systems.<br><br><strong>Main Duties And Responsibilities<br></strong><ul><li> Implement and define policies for cloud systems through patches, permissions and service deployments; </li><li> Monitor and analyze network performance to match on-demand requests; </li><li> Build, install, troubleshoot and upgrade operating systems; </li><li> Provide user consultation and training; </li><li> Configure systems based on approved designs and maintain system security strategies, policies and procedures; </li><li> Monitor and analyze resource usage to recommend/develop enhancements to system capabilities and performance; </li><li> Compare, evaluate and implement new technologies and integrate systems accordingly; </li><li> Handle the documentation of systems’ infrastructure; </li><li> Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that services meet operations requirements for both internal and external clients; </li><li> Participate in on-call support rotation. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br></strong><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any other related field. </li><li> Qualifications/Skills: Code Green, Proofpoint, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Azure, AWS, GCP </li><li> Minimum 3 years of relevant experience </li><li> Based in Riyadh </li><li> Saudi Nationality Only</li></ul>
