<p>This is a new and exciting role and therefore the person will be expected to contribute to the development of the team and the business. A person who will own this role, who will make their mark and who will expect nothing less from their colleagues and managers.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities &amp; Duties</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for the company sales activities in Iraq, especially in relation with product introduction, sales, and marketing, building a client base.</li><li>Assist in setting the sales forecasts, strategy and KPIs in coordination with the top management</li><li>Meet and Exceed Sales Targets set by the Management.</li><li>Developing the company’s existing customer base and adding new clients.</li><li>Building its inquiries and opportunities pipeline.</li><li>Managing customer interactions and relations, including handling customers communications, inquiries, orders, and complaints, following the company’s policies and instructions. This includes identifying, developing, and implementing a profitable and comprehensive prospecting research on consumer needs and identifying how the company’s solutions meets them.</li><li>Introduce the company’s products to the market, using all the methods needed and approved by the management, to establish the company’s footprint and introduce its offerings to the market. This includes maintaining a strong understanding of products and services of the company and innovating new ways to serve businesses in need.</li><li>Defining and following up on business opportunities, including opportunities that can come from direct contacts, RFPs, meetings, exhibitions, or any other channel that might provide a business opportunity for the company and developing any needed technical and commercial proposals.</li><li>Maintaining its opportunity management system and customer relationship management (CRM) data, keeping it updated and complete.</li><li>Establish, build and maintain relations with all internal and external parties.</li><li>Performing any other reasonable duties as requested by the direct line manager.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications and Work Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 2 years’ technical sales experience.</li><li>Having an existing local network of clients would be a big plus.</li><li>Strong knowledge in local laws and regulations.</li><li>Proficiency in both English and Arabic Languages.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills &amp; behaviors</strong></p><ul><li>Great customer and colleague relation skills</li><li>Demonstrate conflict management skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple streams of work.</li></ul>
