Main Responsabilities

Guarantee the safety of people, goods and the environment: apply the company’s safety rules, improve EHS.

Manage production teams (daily activities management).

Deliver a production that meets the objectives of quality, deadlines and manufacturing costs.

Define and manage the implementation of progress plans on operational (Q, C, D) and managerial (absenteeism, safety) results.

Continue the implementation of the production system (APSYS).

Guarantee the versatility and adequacy of skills, qualifications and authorizations according to the requirements of the position and ensure traceability by updating the skills matrix at least monthly.

Develop the autonomous production teams (development of team efficiency, individual and collective skills and versatility).

Represent the management to the staff.

Educational requirements:

Bachelor/Master degree in industrial Engineering or equivalent

Experience

An experience in similar position in industrial company is mandatory

Team management experience

Leadership

Good communication skills in French and English
