Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives for construction and real estate projects.

• Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors.

• Monitor inventory levels, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage the procurement budget.

• Collaborate with the project management team to identify materials and services needed for each project and develop procurement plans accordingly.

• Manage the purchase order process,track deliveries, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

• Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and provide regular reports to management on procurement performance.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to procurement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals.

• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
