Job Description
As an Export Sales Executive, You are in charge of building, maintaining and growing a long-term partnership with your customers by continuously proposing solutions and plans that meet their objectives. To do so, you will develop a keen understanding of your brand portfolio, product categories and markets.
You’ll be part of the Export Sales team in which trust, team spirit, real passion for winning and leadership are very important.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential distributor, negotiate and close Terms Of Trade. Lead the Route β To β Market expansion in (not limited to) Russia & GCC markets.
- Ensure readiness of brands (licenses, documents, regulatory compliances etc) for Export sales in the respective markets
- Build and monitor the Sales and Distribution KPIs of the Distribution Partners to achieve Annual Operative Plans
- Manage Trade Spends & deliver business profitability for the markets while staying focused on growth objectives
- Developing and maintaining a productive long term relationship with customers
- Acquire a deep understanding of your customer needs and requirements, your shoppers, brands, categories and market
- Adapting and optimizing country commercial guidelines to your specific client
- Negotiate contracts, promo plans and innovations.
- Preparing volume forecast and plans
- Collaborating very closely with teams from other departments;
- Resolve any issues and problems of your clients and act as a link between your customer and the internal teams.
Qualification
- A Bachelorβs Degree or higher
- Born leader and are hardworking to make things happen, collaborating well with diverse groups of people
- Have an external focus and a real passion for Sales / Marketing
- Like to bring creativity & innovation to your work
- Strong analytical thinking and skills
- A Fresh graduate or having a maximum of 3 years of relevant Sales experience (preferably in FMCG)
- Knowledge toward the category they are working in.
- Hardworking with initiatives and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Proactive, result-driven, and presentable.
- Able to work on his/her own as well as part of a team.
- Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
