Duties and responsibilities summary:
- Business development to identify new investors and clients.
- The role includes prospecting potential clients, analyzing market trends, intermediate negotiation processes ensuring deals.
- Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in the given time frame. Handling Sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales targets.
- Develop new business opportunities in various UAE cities with research, prospecting to get leads to achieve the sales target.
- Presentation to customers on company`s projects. Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals.
- Selection of real estate objects from the company’s database at the request of clients.
- Handling client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly.
- Be knowledgeable of the market and all new projects.
- Manage a portfolio of listings, clients, with detailed information on their requirements.
- Be a market specialist so you can advise and guide your clients.
- Preparing tenancy contract, MOU’s, DLD forms, invoices, receipts, DEWA, EJARI contracts, final tenancy settlement documents, commission documents.
- Updating Trakheesi on a regular basis.
Requirements:
- Required work experience in Dubai, UAE Real Estate market.
- Well-presented and a good work ethic.
- Demonstrates strong customer service skills.
- Possesses excellent organizational skills.
- Following up with clients with all inquiries/leads received and updating the Bitrix24 CRM regularly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially telephone, email, WA communications.
- Can communicate fluently in English. Other languages are an added benefit (Russian, Ukrainian, Hindi, Chinese languages).
- Responsible for implementing, executing, modifying and monitoring campaigns to increase awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales.
