Agent Tiers:

You will be offered a role based on your previous and forecast commission income:

·      Consultant – Commission starting at 50%

·      Senior Consultant – Commission starting at 55%

·      Associate Director / Team Manager – Commission up to 70%

·      Off Plan Consultant – Commission up to 70%

Profile:

·      Dubai or Abu Dhabi real estate experience mandatory

·      Open to candidates both from a brokerage or a developer

·      Positive approach and high motivation levels required
