Job Description

We are looking for Property Manager who can effectively manage all real estate properties acquired by the company for employees and provide direct support to employees regarding their living comfort in the apartments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process supervision of Identification and evaluation of the fair market value of properties in the current market, liquidity assessment, viewing properties, and direct communication with real estate agents
  • Acquisition process: purchase price settlement, organization of legal document verification, transfer of property and assets, obtaining title deed and other required documents, communication in various deal chat groups, record keeping of checks, message histories, monitoring registration in trustee deals, internal business case presentation
  • Post-acquisition: data/document management, organization of connection to all utility services for the newly acquired asset, utility bills/invoices management, property database management
  • Lease agreements management: execution of standard form short/long term leases, amendments of lease agreements where necessary, assisting employees with ejari registration, lease payments management
  • Property management: refurbishment assessment, routine maintenance checks, A/C cleaning, replacement of teared and worn items
  • Optimization of processes and communication wherever possible and necessary
  • Employee training on bill payment and support for repair, various amenities in the apartment, etc

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 years of experience working with Dubai’s utility services
  • Knowledge of residential peculiarities in Dubai’s living spaces
  • High communication skills for effective negotiations and any disputes with utility services, persistent real estate agents, etc.
  • Project management skills
  • High level of self-organization and self-management
  • Nice-to-have: Completed legal education
