As we continue to grow, we are looking for hard-working, dynamic, target-driven individuals with a passion for Real Estate to join the Sherwoods Group in the Telemarketing Department and must have the ability to attract buyers and retain tenants utilising strong negotiation skills and an ability to close deals.

 

Requirements:

 

You must be currently based in Dubai and have at least 2 year’s Dubai call centre & real estate experience including buying, selling and renting properties, possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable working autonomously and at the same time be a team player, well organised and be comfortable using CRM and Social Media.

 

You must be a fluent in English, and it would also be desirable that you can speak any other Languages but especially any of Russian, Mandarin and of course, Arabic.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

To contact potential clients in the UAE and other countries from our database, and other generated leads, in order to increase sales opportunities.

Qualify Clients and understand their needs by asking pertinent questions

Entering and updating client’s details into the CRM and ensuring that it is always up to date.
