ConiferGB is a Security and Hospitality staffing provider. We’ve had the privilege to help the most amazing clients, both large and small since 2012.

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive with a passion for the hospitality industry to join our team in Dubai – UAE.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to expand our market share and maximize revenue growth. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent communication and networking skills, as well as a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the hospitality industry through market research, networking, and relationship building
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including hotels, resorts, and other hospitality businesses
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and meet revenue targets
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential threats and opportunities
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, new technologies, and market trends to develop innovative business strategies
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality management or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
