Based on the job description provided, the ideal candidate for the position of Office Administrator in a real estate team should have the following qualifications and skills:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree: The candidate should have at least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration or a related field.
  2. Real Estate Experience: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the real estate industry, with knowledge of industry-specific terminology, processes, and regulations.
  3. CRM Systems: The candidate should have knowledge and experience in using CRM systems to manage client information, track leads, and assist with client communication.
  4. Language Skills: The candidate should be fluent in English, with excellent speaking and writing skills to communicate effectively with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
  5. Organization Skills: The candidate should have strong organizational skills, with attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and the ability to manage time effectively.
  6. Technical Skills: The candidate should be proficient in using online property portals, such as Property Finder, Dubizzle, and Bayut, and have experience in preparing property listings, verifications, and permits.
  7. Documentation Skills: The candidate should be proficient in preparing and managing real estate documentation, including MOU, Tenancy Contract, Form A, B, I, & U.
  8. Communication Skills: The candidate should have strong follow-up and lead management skills, with the ability to compose and prepare business letters and handle customer service calls and client inquiries.
  9. Account Management Skills: The candidate should have the ability to support accounts in transaction closing, manage day-to-day needs such as office supplies, petty cash, and inventory, and maintain paper and digital filing.
  10. Renewals and Materials Gathering: The candidate should have experience in developer registration, renewals, and gathering materials.
  11. Landlord Calls: The candidate should be comfortable calling landlords for their property availability.
  12. Analytical and Presentational Skills: The candidate should have good analytical skills and be able to draft business letters and presentations.
