Efficio are currently looking for a Digital Consultant to our Dubai office. As part of Efficio’s Digital business, the data teams deliver a range of standard and bespoke technology products to our clients to complement our market-leading eFlow platform and procurement consulting services.

Candidates will be familiar with SQL and Power BI. We are looking for someone who likes operating in a varied, fast moving, dynamic environment and enjoys contributing towards continuous innovation, efficiencies and learning of the whole organisation.

The Role

• Use SQL to load, transform and query data from a variety of sources
• Produce well designed Power BI dashboards (standard and / or bespoke) that are easy to use and allow our clients to draw actionable insight from their data
• Present outputs to internal and external stakeholders
• Support our culture of continuous improvement by bringing innovative ideas and new technology to the team
• Author clear, concise technical documentation
• Explore and document business and technical requirements

Essential Requirements

• Fluent English
• Working knowledge of SQL, including complex select statements, aggregation functions, and stored procedure / user function authoring
• Hands-on experience with PowerBI
• Strong in Excel, and proficient in Visio, PowerPoint and Word
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good stakeholder and project management experience
• An exemplary academic background; preferably with a top degree in Engineering, Science, Computing or Finance

Desirable Requirements

• Experience of a technology transformation project highly desirable: from requirements gathering through to implementation. This can be from internal or consulting experience.
• Fluent Arabic
