Healthcare and Life science Technical Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our new Health Data and analytical Platform. This new platform will serve as the core foundation for our clinical and genetic data applications. Partnered with a strong technical team that includes industry interoperability leaders, you’ll own our platform product strategy and play a critical role in enabling the growth of NEOM HWB sector. The candidate must have a solid ownership of the product lifecycle, from ideation through to sunsetting Experience with multiple consecutive or concurrent product lines essential, plus a strong commercial acumen, with past experience in financial forecasting and market analysis, owning the relationship with development and Finance.

Key Accountabilities & Activities:

Lead the product definition, prioritization, development and improvement of our Analytical and Reconnaissance clinical data platform.

Specify detailed requirements for the core platform, including defining and aligning the organization around the implementation of healthcare standards and APIs that will enable our application teams to effectively build applications that serve our patients and partners

Foster an agile culture of rapid execution and refinement, effectively prioritizing the most impactful requirements/features and eliminating scope creep.

Own and manage a program/portfolio of products/features, scoping requirements, planning milestones, while being an active resource for technical teams.

Design, create and deliver large scale technical programs in collaboration with globally distributed engineering and product teams.

Collaborate and ensure alignment with key stakeholders and executives to manage milestones, schedules, and budgets while maintaining project deliverables.

Develop and drive new processes, recommend tools while streamlining existing processes.

Ensures clear and unambiguous translation of Product Value Roadmap of deliverables to enable the product team to complete work

Drafts user stories and ensures they are clearly understood by the cross functional product teams

Ensures Product requirements are gathered and prioritized

Ensures commitment to and tracking of clear Product Metrics, under guidance from Managers

Drives the execution of product development in collaboration with Product Team members comprised of Product Design, Technology & Data Science

Tracks/drives Product Metrics and success goals under the guidance from Managers

Review and accept deliverables and prepare presentations and release notes

Support the Digital Health Director in building and maintaining relationships and establish working relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders

Support in inter-sectoral meeting providing and gathering input as it relates to strategy, planning, risks, etc.

Prepare relevant progress reports as required to update relevant stakeholders on progress

Collate stakeholders’ feedback on issues, challenges and unmet requirements and develop action plans

Act as the key sector representative in building and managing relationships with providers and counterparts (e.g., contract management)

Ensure management is kept abreast of related developments, risks arising and progress

Background, Skills & Qualifications:

Degree in computer science and 10+ years of professional experience in highly technical roles, including as a software engineer, data engineer, architect or similar.

Professional experience with and deep knowledge of healthcare data standards and protocols, including USCDI, FHIR, CCDA and HL7

Successfully built and deployed FHIR-based data platforms/components and APIs, and understand best practices to ensure effective interoperability across internal and third-party applications.

Experience working with structured and unstructured health data, and in processing, refining & consolidating data from a variety of sources and formats (including HIEs, national health networks and providers)

Strong communication and documentation skills. Proficient at documenting and sharing a strong point of view and working with multiple stakeholders to reach alignment.

Demonstrated product and/or technical leadership, guiding cross-disciplinary teams to effective outcomes with high velocityExperience in healthcare industry/Clinical/EHR is a MUST

5+ years of ecomm or digital product management experience in a B2C DTC environment

Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field. MBA is a plus.

Ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, with attention to detail and effective prioritization

Agile Methodology

Cloud experience: AWS / Azure or any other enterprise platforms

Exposure to big data, AI, IoT and Machine Learning.

PMP, TOGAF9, or PRINCE2 required
