This ideal candidate will partner with Account Executives to find, contact, and follow-up with prospective clients. Once they discover the client’s needs, they will discuss our product’s technological capabilities and business value with the client. The ideal candidate should be able to clearly articulate highly technical concepts to all prospective clients.

Responsibilities

  • Being responsible for a whole FF&E and Commercial Kitchens projects starting from meeting the clients, mood boards, selections, quotations, and deliverables.
  • Reviewing any client requirements-related documents.
  • Requesting any necessary clarifications to achieve full understanding of customer requirements
  • Determining the FF&E and Commercial Kitchens design concepts based on the interior design scheme.
  • Reviewing shop drawings and follow up on all manufactured items with the factory (factory visits are expected).
  • Contacting with client/consultants/vendors on all FF&E matters and attend site meetings.
  • Preparing quotations and specs sheets for the clients.
  • Managing the whole tenders and preparing its technical & financial proposals/envelopes.
  • Creating technical proposal document according to work instructions and requirements including solution design description, statement of work, product datasheets.
  • Preparing pricing sheet and financial proposal including Bill of Quantities of all proposed products and their respective costs.
  • Communicating with Suppliers that meet individual client needs and engage with them to acquire quotations and technical information required to prepare a customer proposal.
  • Coordinating with customer appointed contractors and stakeholders and prepare any required material and shop drawing submittals after project award
  • Supervising technical implementation team and manage all project implementation activities from awareness till final delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in applied arts , Architecture Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3-5 Years of experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3d max.
  • Strong background in furniture or Kitchen Equipment.
  • Flexible.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Following up & organizing skills.
  • Presentation skills.
