Senior Product Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team. The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of our products from ideation to launch, documenting requirements, and serving as a Scrum Master for the development team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and leadership skills, a deep understanding of the product development process, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and understand customer needs and preferences
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company’s strategic goals and objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to develop and execute product plans
• Define product requirements and work with the design and engineering teams to ensure they are met
• Document product requirements and user stories using tools such as JIRA or Confluence
• Serve as a Scrum Master for the development team, including facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing the product backlog, and ensuring timely delivery of product releases
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to inform product decisions and iterate on product features
• Ensure timely delivery of product releases and track performance against key metrics
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay informed about industry changes and opportunities for innovation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with agile product development methodologies and serving as a Scrum Master for development teams
• Experience documenting product requirements and user stories using tools such as JIRA or Confluence
• Analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform product decisions
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for innovation and a deep understanding of the product development process
