The opportunity
We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking Assistant HR Manager to join our established and growing team in Saudi Arabia.
Assistant HR Manager for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) key role, in a people related support function and the primary point of contact for new, current, and exiting employees in relation to their employment matters.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
First point of contact for KSA employees on HR queries, regarding policies, benefits and other HR-related matters and respond accordingly
Assists the Saudi Arabia HR Manager in day-to-day operations.
Creates and issues HR communications, letters and associated documentation in line with terms and conditions and company policy
Prepares conditional offers and employment checklists
Issues employment contracts to candidates
Assists and supports the annual performance management cycle
Manages the off-boarding employees and extends the same level of services to leaver procedures.
Sends resignation acknowledgement and exit checklist to employees leaving the company
Liaises with PRO team to coordinate leaver’s visa cancellation arrangements.
About You
With a relevant degree qualification in a Human Resource subject or discipline, chartered or pursuing a similar level of professional qualification will be viewed favourably
You are digitally savvy and having knowledge of Oracle would be beneficial. You can build lasting client relationships and provide support to dynamic, motivated teams. You must have experience working as an HR business partner/generalist role and have knowledge of Saudi Arabia labour laws. You will have relevant industry experience to be poised to expand your own horizons and be ready to thrive in an environment that encourages growth.
