Job Description

As a Salesforce Consultant at Swisslog Healthcare you will help to establish the Service Cloud as our global CRM solution for customer service. In our growing Centre of Excellence you will maintain the platform and drive further development and process optimization in close alignment with our Product Owners.

Position to be filled by end of Q2 / beginning of Q3 2023.

Your collaboration

  • Closely collaborate with Customer Service Product Owner to evolve and bring our CRM (Salesforce) development, operations and security to the next level.
  • Analyze the business processes, design the CRM flows in Salesforce, and also provide custom solutions for specific business requirements.
  • Bring modern software delivery practices including Continuous Integration/Delivery/Deployment to the CRM system.
  • Ensure that our CRM solution is well integrated in our Enterprise Architecture

Your competence

  • Strong passion for continuous improvement, technical and operational excellence.
  • Experience in Salesforce CRM ecosystems. Salesforce Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning or Experience Cloud preferred
  • Knowledge of modern information security requirements and concepts.
  • Familiarity with Agile Software Delivery concepts.
  • Experience in Continuous Integration/Delivery/Deployment, DevOps and Lean Concepts.
  • Fluent in English
